Tom Bagby
Tom Bagby is an 8th generation Texas who grew up in Houston, Texas. After graduating from The Kinkaid School, Tom attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated in 3 years. Tom then attended the St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he not only was awarded two Dean’s Scholarships, but also was awarded the John E. Anderson Endowed Scholarship. During law school, Tom clerked for the General Counsel to the Commandant of the Marine Corps at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and also for United States Magistrate Judge Pamela Mathy for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. In law school, Tom served on the student bar association as a senator and honor court justice.
After graduating from St. Mary’s University School of Law near the top of his class, Tom began his legal career with a local San Antonio law firm. For nearly 5 years Tom gained invaluable experience aggressively representing clients. However in 2012, Tom decided that it was time to start his own firm, and the Tom Bagby Law Firm was born.
